My bill is calculated wrong again

I called to ask any to come out and check my meter I've been getting over charged I paid 55dollars before the bill was due but you still sent me email telling me that I'm behind and its 77 dollars I'm not use gas really at so I need you all to get it straight

Change card number for payment monthly.

Tried to sign up for an online account the e mail verification shot me down. Tried to get a person called 6 different numbers that didn't work Just wanted to change card number. If you want your money call me back on the phone!!! 405 300 ****

Reconnection delays

Nicki,is very uninformed and lacks customer relations.I later spoke with some one who described how it supposed to be after being on call with her for over 10 minutes explaining the issue.Ive never been so frustrated.

Did not finish job and left myself and my neighbor with no gas on 4th of July weekend.

No hot water and not able to use stove or oven. Service was on June 30th. It is 4th of July weekend! No # to call for service unless you lie and report a gas leak. So basically, no hot water for 8 DAYS! YAY. Workers have to replace the piping on my neighbors side, so this will happen again.

No gas, workmen were out June 30th and did not turn my gas back on at the meter when done. No hot water and can not use stove or oven.

Can't reach anyone to fix the problem. Workman told me they would turn my service back on and light my pilot light. They forgot to do that and I can't reach anyone to fix the problem. No hot water! No cooking! I was gone yesterday so I did not know until today, that I had NO service. No one seems to be available. I reported in "pissed customer " as well. Please find someone to turn my gas back on today and light my water heater pilot light. Thanks. Peggy Spurling

Absolutely horrible customer service!

Showed up at a rental property or ours and worked on the meter in the backyard, causing a leak. Over $800 to fix their work. Claim ignored

Dangerous location of gas meter. Could be easily hit by automobile and burn house down

I own a house at 3529 N. Indiana Ave., OKC. There is an old meter located next to the driveway of said house and very close to the house. The old meter serves the house directly north of 3529 N. Indiana Ave. and should be moved, for safety reasons to the backyard of the house which it serves. The old meter is located extremely close to the driveway of my house, and should it be hit by someone pulling into the driveway, there would be a strong possibility of a fire and damage to my house. I have previously reported this matter to ONG, but to my knowledge no action has occurred.

Not happy be cause there was a leak for over a year and they were aware but did nothing cut off gas and you could still smell it and over charged the account and the leak was due to them not repairing

Because i had a gas leak for over an year hire a plumber i was told the meter was shot and they were to replace it well i kept calling asking why tbe bill was so high when there was only a cook stove in the house. Ask for them.to read meter. But cut it off for they claimed non payment but did not fix the leak

User's recommendation: They placed the outstanding bill that was not my account billed on the account that I had to open in my name but I didn't get my bill they just put it on a my bill and I had not even received a bill from them its said but its paid but there business practice is totally unethicalme for it but had me to open account on my name I never received a bill on my name at all but stated that 103 .00 was owed them same amount I paid in my dads account than gave me a different account but the bill was not mine this was done unethical and gas leak for over a year was told buy rep that came out that they would give an credit that never happen but the gas leak was from them through and meter that was not good and was to be changed in june of 2020 but it was not done I kept asking why so high. And no one really stayed here no heating t to me.

Re start of stopped for leak

Had gas leak at 114 E Hughbert Norman Ok. Leak has been repaired was passed by City of Norman and sent to ONG. I have a copy of City of Norman action.

Poor customer service

I need to change my mailing address. Your customer service number would not allow me to do this simple request. And I could not talk to a person. This was a horrible experience and I still cannot get my mailing address changed.

Get a copy of our current bill

yes I requested to see a copy of the bill at Pine Creek Estates to the manager, neither her or her boss have met that request as people in the park are wanting to see the bill and why our bill shot up from 67 to 105+ a month.
