Yes, my fault for missing payment & getting turned off. Paid in full immediately when I got home.

Charged me a reconnect fee & new $100 deposit even though I've been a customer for over 30 years. Then they schedule me for the next day & told me to pick a window between 8:00 to 12:00 or 12:00 to 4:00 because someone has to be home. I choose the 8:00 to 12:00, took off work, waited until 12:00 & they were a no show! I called customer service & even talked to a supervisor to only be told "it's an all day schedule only & that's not an option." They could not tell me when they would come or even guarantee that they would wait for me to get home to meet them.

So now I'm out the reconnect fee, deposit fee & a whole days pay for a $100 bill. Nice customer service ONG! Oh wait, does Tulsa have another choice in gas companies????

Nope. They are free to *** with no consequences.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $350.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
