May ! 16th this year , we received a letter from ONG telling us our gas will be shut off in 90 days because my "piivate line" did not pass...

"inspection"..... 4 other meters on my street (at least) got the same letter dated May 16 2017. 'OMG' has not yet responded to my voicemail as of the 19th. IF WE HAVE GOTTEN THIS LETTER THEN PERHAPS HUNDREDS OR THOUSANDS OF OKLA.

NEIGHBORS ARE FACING SAME TERMINATION ! Hey ONG provide line upgrade options, meter move options, SOMETHING besides "..terminate service..." and "...assist with conversion..." to ..."alternative energy source..." ! 'OMG!-ONG' are you wanting to chase customers to propane? Sounds like a 'Take it or leave it ' business model!

There are "private Lines at each service point from the meter! John, sad &'CUT OFF'

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Work with the customer to retain that service instead of chasing them off..

3/2019 This is happening to us. We've lived in this house for 12 years (2nd owner of a 50 year old house) and out of the blueโ€ฆ We can't afford to switch to an "alternative fuel source." If anyone can shed light on how to fight this bs, I'm all ears.

I received the same notice may 29. I think it is terrible customer service.

We have no choice in this matter. Convert to all electric or propane.

They say it will cost 44,000 for us to pay to stay on service for a private line. They won't even think about negotiating with us since there is only 3 people on this line.

Ok so we got propane. Yesterday I see they are laying new line across the street and literally 7-8 feet from where our natural gas meter was.

Where they are laying the new line is where they have never had gas lines before. What the heck.

Makes no sense to me. So disappointed

We live on 6165 E 563 Rd. Locust grove ok.

We got propane and yesterday they are laying new line across the street.

So mad right now. I would join anyone who is considering a lawsuit

I wrote this. Can't get back 'in' to update.

5/24/17, We on this private line are negotiating wi. ONG to establish new line service. ONG is doing an engineering eval. to present cost.

We're asking them to 'stop the clock' on disconnect while negotiating. No official response yet 5/26/17.

I just got one myself. I'm located in Healdton may I ask where your located?

Trying to put together a possible lawsuit as I believe this is happening to the small guys. Only 2 on this line here that I know of since 1949..

John, how did this end up? I just got a letter and don't know where to start. They aren't even returning our phone calls.
